Midday Adventure

Because of storm damage from this spring, our church had to do some repair work on our beautiful copper roof. Per the request of staff members, we were allowed to ride up the crane lift this afternoon! It's even higher than this picture gives it credit!

The view was incredible, even though I got a little nervous from time to time when the wind would sway us just enough! Eep!

Today was my last Youth Staff meeting officially, but riding the crane was a fun, midday adventure. One of the many perks of my job that I'm going to miss--spontaneity.
